Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@hostyle.tech with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label for defective items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
